We collect only what we need to sell you the product and send your receipt. We never see your full card number, we never sell your data, and you can ask us about your information at any time.

When you buy AISTHETICS, we collect your name, email address and payment details at checkout.

We use this information solely to process your order, deliver your download, send your receipt and any product updates you are entitled to, and respond to you if you contact us.

All payments are handled by Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

We use basic, anonymous analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

The AISTHETICS coach runs inside a third-party AI assistant you choose, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Anything you type into those tools, including your profile, goals or health information, is handled by that provider under its own privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive or see those conversations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business, such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivering receipts, or where required by law.

We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide the product and meet Australian tax and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or de-identify them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
