AISTHETICS (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the trading name of an Australian sole trader based in Queensland, Australia. These terms apply when you buy or use the AISTHETICS product from this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

AISTHETICS is a digital fitness coaching guide delivered as a PDF. It contains written guidance and AI prompts that you paste into a third-party AI assistant of your choice (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) to generate training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

It is a one-time purchase of AU$79 (including any applicable GST). It is not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.

We do not own or control the third-party AI tools. Their availability, features, pricing and outputs are set by their providers and may change. Responses generated by those tools can vary and may occasionally be inaccurate, so use your own judgement.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Your purchase is complete once Stripe confirms your payment, and a receipt will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

The product is delivered instantly as a digital download after payment, with a copy of the link sent to your email. Nothing physical is shipped. If your download does not arrive or does not work, email us and we will sort it out.

When you buy AISTHETICS, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the product for your own personal use.

You must not resell, share, redistribute, publish, sublicense, upload to file-sharing sites, or use the product (or any part of it, including the prompts) for commercial purposes, such as coaching clients with it, without our written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of AISTHETICS.

AISTHETICS provides general fitness, nutrition and lifestyle education only. It is not medical advice. Please read our Disclaimer before starting any program. You are responsible for deciding whether any activity or dietary change is suitable for you.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is otherwise limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price you paid.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
