If AISTHETICS is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund of the AU$79 you paid. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email aisthetics.coach@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that email address in your message, so we can find your order.
You do not need to give a reason. A subject line such as “Refund request” helps us respond faster.
When you will get your money
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we process your request, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
After 14 days
The money-back guarantee applies to requests made within 14 days of purchase. After that, you still keep all of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, explained below.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product has a major problem, for example it is faulty, does not match its description, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of the 14-day period.
